🔵Construction Accountant

⏭️ Job Description

➡️ Maintain and manage all financial records and transactions related to construction process.
➡️ Maintain and track all costs related to construction projects.
Prepare financial reports & required analysis.
➡️ Review project extracts and ensure accurate price quotes, aligned with project scheduling.
➡️ Review inventory, purchasing, and disposal of supplies.
➡️ Reporting any financial risks and budgetary deviation to management for review.

⏭️Qualifications & Requirements

➡️ bachelor's degree in accounting is a MUST.
➡️ experience +2 in a similar role & field.
➡️ Excellent using Microsoft (Excel - word - outlook) .
➡️ Excellent knowledge of construction cost accounting and related financial procedures.
➡️ Detail oriented & strong analytical skills.
➡️ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
➡️ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
