Technical Office Engineer - Intelliproeg

Summary of the role

Responsible for reviewing firefighting technical skills (drawings, tender and technical coordination) between all disciplines as well as participating in implementing technical office policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

· Conduct an estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that needs to be purchased or procured.

· Study and prepare the project documents including drawings and specifications.

· Cost breakdown for project items.

· Prepare shop drawings and specifications, propose better engineering alternatives and connection details development and standardization of shop fabrication drawing presentation.

· Preparing As-Built Drawings.

· Develops studies and calculation notes for firefighting structures and mechanical structural buildings.

· Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).

· Prepare the project's technical and financial proposal.

· Revise invoices for all sub-contractors & clients.

· Prepare procurement packages for all elements of the projects. (specs & quantities).

· Work closely with other related departments to ensure the best output.

Qualifications

BSc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering)

· Experience of 3-4 years in the field of firefighting.

· Very good knowledge of AutoCAD.

· Very good knowledge of firefighting systems.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
