Quality Controller - RATP Dev 

JOB PURPOSE:

 • The responsibilities of a Quality Control Inspector vary from one industry to another, but there are a few common responsibilities irrespective of the domain. Let’s look at them

 • Follow and support subcontractors to ensure the implementation of the green line Quality Assurance, Control rules and procedures that comply with the RATP Quality processes and requirements, for all technical and operational matters and interfaces in connection with their scope of work.

• The job consists of developing, supporting, and following Quality rules and procedures to be implemented by Civil subcontractors to guarantee that the level of Quality of the works delivered by the subcontractors will be to the satisfaction of RATP.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Responsible for Monitor the status of the station and malfunctions. • Follow up on the daily attendance of subcontractors.

• Follow-up the state of cleanliness in stations, rooms, and offices. • Follow up the subcontractor’s quality service.

• Responsible to Fill out attendance and departure reports and ensure that there is no fraud.

 • Responsible to Writing reports on the status of stations and sending them on time.

• Responsible to Writing reports on the status of malfunctions at the stations, following them up and sending them at the specified dates.

• To maintain proper safety standards according to established policies and procedures including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed.

 • Assist in performing investigations of significant quality issues to identify specific responsibility.

• Assist fellow employees solve problems. Be the backup for the other QC Inspectors as needed.

 • Must follow procedures and guidelines as defined by the Employee Handbook.

• Monitoring all signs inside and outside the station and ensuring the quality of the labels and the correctness of the information.

 • Other duties and responsibilities might be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University Graduates education level.

KNOWLEDGE:

 • English language (Fluent) and local language.

• Developing cooperative relationships with internal and external actors

• Full involvement in the safety issues (personnel & equipment)

 • Having strong oral and written communication skills

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 2-4 years working experience in Quality Control in any industry, supervisory level and have handled a team and/or extensive proven gained in a railway operation or similar environment.
