HR Generalist (Personnel-Recruitment-OD)

- Create and publish job ads in various portals
-Screen resumes and job applications
-Ensure building effective pool of candidates.
-Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
-Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
-Prepare job descriptions and job competencies .
-Updating org chart.
-Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
-Support in other functions as required.

Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree of related studies (HR studies are preferred)
* 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist (Personnel-Recruitment-OD) in fashion retail.
* Excellent English both spoken and written.
* Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
* Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
* Excellent user of MS Office.
* Excellent communication, presentation, time management and problem-solving skills.
* Male or Female.
* Work Location: Heliopolis
Preferred living Nearby Heliopolis or Nasr City.
