Burger King - Egypt Is Hiring Architectural Designer

Job Description:
- Assisting with the creation of design proposals for new construction projects, as well as renovations and additions to existing structures.
- Collaborating with other architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure that designs are feasible, safe, and meet all necessary codes and regulations.
- Creating basic plans and specifications, including drawings, schematics, and blueprints, that outline the design and construction process.
- Assisting with the construction process to ensure that the design is being executed correctly and that the project is staying on track in terms of time and budget.
- Conducting site visits and inspections with senior staff to ensure that the construction process is proceeding according to plans and that any issues or challenges are addressed in a timely manner.
- Communicating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to keep them informed about the project's progress and to address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 3D models of the design with professional renders
- Responsible for conducting research on materials, building codes, and construction techniques, and assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an architectural designer.
- Excellent command of the English language
- Proficiency with and experience using current design software including Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and other modeling software programs such as Rhino and 3D Studio Max.
- Expertise in all phases of the design, documentation and construction administration processes.
- Flexible to play multiple roles across varied project types.
- Ability to define and drive project milestones, facilitate project meetings and effectively coach team members.
