** Administrator Helpdesk support
 (· Bachelor degree from a reputable university
· good awareness of Ticketing Systems.
· +2 years Helpdesk operations experience.

**System Application Specialist OS & Linux (Linux more preferred) (· Bachelor degree from a reputable university
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Systems Administration
· Excellent knowledge of Saas service
· Excellent knowledge by backup solutions
· +2 years experience.
· Strong communication, both written and verbal)

**Network Engineer Voice experience (· Hands on experience in basic and detailed design engineering of Telecommunications systems for Data Centers
· Experience in Installing new voice software and hardware components
· Experience in the design of Telecommunication Systems such as SDH, PDH, Optical Transmission Network, Satellite Transmission Systems, Structured and Fiber optic cabling, LAN/WAN, legacy and IP telephone,
· Experience in the design of radio systems such as Line-of-sight microwave radio systems
· +2 years Network operations experience.
· Strong communication, both written and verbal
· Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry)

**Network Security Engineer (· Bachelor degree from a reputable university
· Good knowledge of network routing/switching (VLANs, trucking, link aggregation, routing protocols, multi cast, other LAN protocols).
· Functional understanding of diverse set of networked applications requiring perimeter management
· Good experience in configuration and administration of routing and security protocols (BGP, OSPF, IPSec, SSL).
· Good experience in managing and troubleshooting network security
· Practical experience on Cisco, Juniper and Checkpoint security appliances
· Knowledge of intrusion Detection and Prevention systems)

**VMWARE + Storage (· Bachelor degree from a reputable university
· Excellent understanding of systems technologies (operating systems, Hardware servers including blade/rack mountable servers, virtualization, storage, and backup)
· Excellent understanding Network Architecture, Backup/ Restore, Storage Area Networks and Monitoring tools
· Excellent communication, facilitation and customer facing skills
· Very good understanding of systems related products (Microsoft Windows 2K/2K3/2K8/2K12, VMWare/VCD, IIS, MSSql,)
· Very good understanding of Active directory, DNS, DHCP deployments
· Very good understanding of project management
· Very good technical reports writing skills
· Certification MCSA and VCP is required, MCSE, MCITP, Red hat, Citrix and Hyper-V are a plus
· +2 years Cloud operations experience.
