“Payroll Specialist”

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare salaries, review bonuses, and calculate any other payments
- Follow up on the salaries transfer to the bank and handle any conflict
- Obtain payroll data including salary adjustments, special payments, tax allocations and employees deductions
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with employees, agencies and coworkers
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Job Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in using a variety of computer software applications, especially MS Office
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- The ability to work under pressure

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar from a reputable university
- 3 - 5 years of experience
- HR Certificate will be an asset
