Job responsibilities:-
- Making sure new customers are on board.
- Auditing and following up on the performance of old customers in receiving and packaging.
- Communicate with stakeholders by providing feedback(sales/warehouse / customer service ).
- Helping customers and trying to put them right.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports and submitting them to the department manager.

Job requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft skills (Excel/Word).
- Analytical skills plus.
- Experience in e-commerce/operations.
