AP Accountant is needed for BEAM Group, an international manufacturing companies in the MENA area located in Egypt, KSA, Lebanon, Dubai, and Syria specializing in building materials such as Gypsum Powder-Board, Cement Board, PVC, Coating and Lightweight panel products.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• 2-4 Years of relevant experience
• Good Knowledge of accounting principles
• Good Skills in MS Excel
• Experience in ERP System ( SAP is preferable)
• Good communication and organization skills

Job Location: Al-Ain Alsokhna,Suez

Job Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and control GR/IR account and any AP-related control accounts
• Make sure that all vendors are cleared with their payment on time.
• Provide an accurate and concise aging report monthly.
• Maintain AP balances against advances and related special GL.
• Reconcile and maintain vendor accounts and obtain confirmations.
• Settlement and clearing of vendors due to payments on maturity dates; prepare a list of weekly due payments and share it for processing.
• Recorded all expenses.
• Make sure that Vendor files are complete and updated, including the expiry date of CR, Tax Cards.
