Technical Office Engineer - Water Treatment

Job Description:
Job Purpose:
-The Technical Office Engineer is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the client's needs.
She/he is responsible for implementing project milestones.

Job Duties:
-Supporting the sales department in proposal processes.
-Handle urgent sales and technical visits.
-Responsible for the assigned project implementation from beginning to end.
-Defines project and task scope with the Engineering team.
-Support with creating a project schedule & breaking projects into double actions that include materials estimates and manpower needs to be submitted to management.
-Schedules and coordinates project resources.
-Assign responsibilities and mentor the project technical team.
-Assist the technical team with the day-to-day management of on-site operations.
Oversee the manufacture of the devices, systems, and equipment.
Fulfill all the documentation requirements & documenting project data on the company system.
-Making sure that each stage of the project is progressing on time.
-Provide guidance and advice to all within the project discipline stream.
-Review, check, and approve all engineering deliverables.
Following up with customers’ notes after project delivery.
-Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests
-Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental responsibilities.
-Support with creating different 2D / 3D designs
-Make sure that all work orders are created & delivered to the quality assurance before moving from the company to the client.
-Submit the project reports to the quality assurance
-Managing all the Technicians working inside the factory

Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering degree.
-Experience in Water Treatment Industry is highly preferred.
-2-5 years of related experience.
-Time management and organization skills.
-Detailed-oriented & ability to multitask.
-Possess good business acumen and is highly adaptive.
-Fast worker with the ability to work well under stress.
-Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
