A Multinational company located in El-Sheikh Zayed/Borg El Arab is looking to hire a "Purchasing Supervisor for indirect purchases.

Job Location: - El-Sheikh Zayed or Borg El Arab

Main Duties:
· Works transversely on the categories / purchasing families assigned to it
· Propose and leads productivity actions and more generally value creation for whole Indirect spends
· Challenge business partners in the upstream phase of definition of needs, manage calls for tenders, negotiation and allocation of business suppliers, then draft contracts according to the strategies of each category and the Purchasing processes.
· Supports the implementation of strategies defined by leading categories
· Lead specific cross-functional projects
· Participates in the SRM process (supplier relationship management)
· Interacts with the Purchasing community: participates to the definition of the strategy with the category leaders
· Actively contributes to mitigate the risks on the scope assigned to it
· Develop, challenge local supplier base
· Proactively proposes and leads synergy initiatives in the geographical area
· Set up relevant reporting and monitoring for driving operational excellence

Requirenments:-
Solid Purchasing experience in Indirect Purchasing
Professional English level
Good communication skills and convincing capabilities
Management project skills
Get use of International environment
Good in transversal management
Curious, accountable, flexible, proactiveness
