Engineering Design Department Manager (DM)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering. (20+) years of experience. At least 5 years of project management
experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of design principles and standards with different
codes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of structural design programs and software.
- Outstanding experience in project management is a must. Preferably a PhD or master's degree in Structural Engineering.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong organizational skills.
Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective plans and strategies. -Proficiency in Revit software and Knowledge about BIM concepts and tools JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead the technical responsibilities in the Executive Committee. - Communicate with new and existing clients for technical support and business
development and ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and
ensuring technical and financial feasibility. Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Work closely with section heads to properly prioritize workloads and support all
project commitments and strategic initiatives. Developing business strategies, oversee the department operations, and ensuring
maximum performance
- Ensure the regularity of work on the ERP system.
- Review reports and results of required performance measurements.
