Ezz Elarab Automotive Group is hiring for the finance department an Accounts Payable Supervisor

Position Summary:
• Makes work assignments, schedules, and reviews work in progress.
• Handles personnel actions including performance reviews, appraisal, and coordination of training and development.
• Recommends modifications to standard procedures.
• Participates in determining the proper accounting treatment of complex or unusual transactions.
• Assures adequate documentation/support of transactions and reports.
• Supervises preparation of and approves reports.
• Formulates and recommends general payment policies and assures adherence to accepted standards.
• Responsible for suppliers (Local, Services, Contracts…etc.) definition, documentation and statement reconciliation.
• Control and reconcile the petty cash.
• Review and assure Invoice recording and reporting the WHT to the taxation section.
• End of month reconciliation with GL, Purchasing, and stock.
• Responsible for AP debit and credit adjustment on the system.
• Provide the closing AP reports.
• Develop implements and maintains systems and procedures, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Follow up E-Invoice Report.
• Monitor AP account details for payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Generate age analysis.
• Review AP aging to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accounts payable Supplier files and records.
• Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc
• Process credit card payments.
• Communicate with Supplier via phone, email, mail or personally.
• Provide the month-end closing AP reports.

Minimum Requirements:

. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably (GUC, MSA, BUE)
. From 3:8 Years of experience.
. Excellent in English is required.
. Excellent computer skills on MS office, accounting software and databases is preferred.
. ERP knowledge is a must.
. E- Invoice process knowledge is preferred.
. Automotive Experience is Preferred.
. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
