Misr Cement Group is currently hiring:

“Group internal Audit Department Manager”

Location: HQ, Cairo, Egypt

Required Qualifications:
- Graduated from faculty of commerce or related field.
- Fluent English & Arabic languages.
- 15+ years of experience.
- Preferably has cement industry background.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Confidentiality, objectivity and strategic planning
- CIA, CISA or CFE certificate holder
Main Responsibilities:
- Develops the group's annual audit plan
- Oversees the preparation of reports related to the group's audit operations
- Follows up on monitoring the implementation of internal audit recommendations
- Oversees the evaluation of existing controls and provides guidance on effective control improvements
- Promotes comprehensive awareness of the Group's risks and controls
- Issues periodic reports on an ongoing basis to the Audit Committee summarizing the results of the comprehensive annual audit activities
- Performs risk assessments and audits on financial and operational activities and compliance with regulations and laws
- Works with heads of departments and managers to ensure the existence of controls in a way that ensures that all risks for the company are identified and analyzed.
