Royal Herbs are now hiring a Customer Relation Specialist for our Export department.
Royal Herbs is an FMCG Leading company in beverages since 1985.

Job Role:- He/She will be responsible for responding to the customer's inquiries, solving their problems, retaining clients, Following up with shipments, achieve sales targets.

Requirements:-
Bachelor's Degree in any field
At least 3 years of experience in Customer_Service - Sales - callcenter ( will receive a training in the beginning )
FLUENT ENGLISH ( Deutch is a plus )
Eager to learn
Open to travel abroad ( US, Dubai, Turkey ... ETC )

Work location :
Beverly Hils, Shiekh Zayed.
Two days off
Fixed Shift
