1- Senior Architect

Responsibilities:
• Developing drawings, specifications, and Construction documents up to international standards.
• Lead the coordination with different disciplines
• Establish a strong relationship of trust by professionally following up and managing the Client's expectations and needs Qualifications
• B.Sc. Degree in Architecture Engineering
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in detailed design and construction documents
• Design experience on various scale projects and front-end client/consultant presentations;
• Sound knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
• Visualization skills are a Plus
• Mixed-use experience is advantageous;
• Familiar with international standards and building codes ( NFPA, IBC, ADA,…., etc.) • Good command of written and spoken English
• Excellent Time Management Skills.
• Excellent Organizational Skills.
