 Accounting Manager

Job Title: Account Manager

Eye of the World Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing financial operations and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
Prepare and review financial statements and reports
Manage the annual audit and tax preparation process
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Mentor and coach accounting staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
CPA certification preferred
7+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards
Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and leadership skills
