*Junior Financial Analyst*
 
KPMG – Hazem Hassan's Transaction Services department is seeking experienced and dynamic professionals in our Cairo office. Transaction Services clients are mainly private equity funds, large public companies as well as private corporations.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
 
Execute financial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side) engagements including:
Working collaboratively with senior team members, clients, and target business management teams.
Collecting financial information from the target business / managing the diligence request list.
Performing financial analyses on the target business (margin assessments, trend analysis, price volume analysis, cash proofs, key data reconciliations, etc.).
Prepare key deal analyses (Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, Debt & Debt-Like, etc.).
Writing reports and supporting delivery of findings to clients.
 
Required qualifications:
 
Bachelor’s degree, major accounting/finance.
0-1 years of experience.
Qualified/candidate CFA, CMA, IFRS Diploma.
Should have knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards as well as general accounting issues.
Strong presentation, communication and business writing skills in both English and Arabic.
Proficient in using MS office specially excel and PowerPoint.
Proven ability to work independently.
Highly motivated, committed and flexible to cope with changing priorities and strict deadlines.
 
 
 
*Senior Financial Analyst*
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Proficient in using MS office.
