HR & Office manager
Job requirements:
- 3 years of experience at least in same position and real estate background is a must.
- Females only can apply

Job description:
-Provide HR related support and advice to management and staff on a range of HR functions Including (payroll, personnel,recrutment, OD).
-Implement company policies and practices are compliant with labor law.
-Update internal databases with new hire information.
-Gather payroll Sheet like bank accounts and working days.
-Create and publish job ads.
-Schedule and make job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
-Preparation and enforcement of salary scale.
-Coordinates and tracks performance reviews with responsible manager.
-Lead and oversee employee relations investigations and effective resolution of claims.
-Developed job descriptions and Organization chart.
-Developed a new employee orientation program to fully onboard staff.
-Managing office supplies stock and placing orders.
-Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
Attend meetings to record minutes.
-Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
