EFS MISR is hiring MEP Site manager
Responsibilities
· Manage the soft services, landscape, value-added service, and maintenance staff while managing the budgets and keeping records of all payments.
· Conduct a monthly report about the quality of service as well as the expenses of the month.
· Supervise the quality by using Call Center to ensure that our quality meets the client’s needs.
· Supervise the budget, ensure cost efficiency and review the costs with HR and Finance monthly.
· Ensure represent our image on-site by taking care of the uniform and branded material.
· Establishes and monitors maintenance processes and facility inspection processes for ongoing review of maintenance work.
· Develops, recommends, and administers policies, procedures, and processes in support of grounds and building maintenance operations; implements and monitors compliance with approved policies, procedures, and processes.
· Ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met.
· Coordinating and supervising the staff.
· Maintaining the quality of the services.
· Handling the client’s problems.
Participates in/on a variety of meetings, committees (including chairing), task forces, and/or other related groups to communicate information regarding services, programs, areas of opportunity, and/or other pertinent information as appropriate.
Qualification:
Residential background is a must:
· Bachelor of Engineering in (electrical or mechanical)
· Experience in the field of facility management (Mechanical-electrical-plumbing systems)
· Very Good in English
· 5-7 years of experience
