✳️ Accounting Manager vacancy

 Alarabia group for Industry and Trade is an Egyptian joint stock company established in 1989. One of the Key players in the home appliances field.
Alarabia Group has gained a solid market presence by marketing and distributing global brands (#Royal_Gas, #Simfer, and #Atlantic), as well as, assembling and distributing its popular brand “Levon” which offers cost-effective and durable home & electrical appliances (heaters, screens, dispensers, blenders, etc.).

✳️Seeking to hire: Accounting Manager

✳️Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
- Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Apply Egyptian accounting standard and tax laws in accounting and insure to submit the tax reports to tax authority in official due dates .
- Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions.
- Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
- Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.
- Work closely with sales department to apply company sales polices and review company profitability.

✳️Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CMA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role in trading & manufacturing home appliances companies.
- ERP Odoo experience will be assist.
- Thorough knowledge of Egyptian accounting standard and tax laws.
- Proficient in English language.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization.
- Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
- Previous experience in group companies with subsidiaries and sister company transaction.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with other financial systems.
