Main Responsibilities:

Cost Baseline Generation.
Progress Update reports (Primavera).
Consolidated and Project Progress Reports.
Closeout Reports.
Create & track Risk report till issue being solved.
Participate in Projects Feasibility Studies, Business Developments Plans and Strategic Plans which propose to set the long-term objectives and the Process needed for achieving these Objectives.
Issue the yearly budget for the company with reference to different disciplines & departments.
Issue the budget, actual and Earned Value report. 
Generate Procurement Plans and Tracking logistics tasks.
Reservation and Release the Materials allocated on services (Activities) ERP System as per the site progress report and the look ahead reports.
Participate in Projects Feasibility Studies, Business Developments Plans & Strategic Plans which propose to set the long-term objectives and the Process needed for achieving these Objectives.
Perform any additional related tasks as assigned.
Specifications (Qualifications, Experience, and Skills):

Bachelor’s degree in engineering "Civil ".
Minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience (General Contracting is preferrable).
Primavera is a must, Microsoft Office, Cad 2D and ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills are required.
Strong effective oral and written communication, inter-personal and organizational skills. 
Work effectively independently and collaboratively in team-oriented environment. 
Has experience in specialized planning and scheduling software utilization.
