Senior Accountant Job Description :

- Analyze revenues and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on monthly basis.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
- Assist with Preparing and analyzing financial statements on quarterly basis.
- Assist of Managing liquidity, cash flow, bank transactions & transfers.
- Follow up receivables, payable & collections.
- Assist of Preparing & reviewing the Quarter and Annual Budget Reports.
- Assist of Preparing Budget follow up (actual vs. planned).
- Review accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations and make correcting entries.
- Payroll processing & related journal entries.
- Closely maintains and monitors the fixed assets system & depreciation.
- Work with management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
- Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting .
• Aware of Excel system is a must.
• Excellent computer skills (Word, power-point and outlook).
• 3-5 year of experience .
• Very Good verbal and written English.
