Job brief:
1. Perform visual & Technical coordination between disciplines.
2. Distribute the resulted clashes & conflicts to disciplines.
3. Work with project teams to develop and implement Building Information Models. 4. Troubleshoot any BIM-related issues that may arise.
5. Technical support for all the Revit team users of the office team.
6. Assist project teams with modelling for the families needed within the project.
7. Assist the project team with model visualizations.
8. Establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments and facilitate their
collaboration.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture /Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
2. +5 years of experience in the same job position.
3. 3+ years' experience as a BIM engineer.
4. In-depth knowledge of
AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, LOD, 3DS Max, Ms. Office, Lumion, Sketch up and Interoperability.
5. Solid Experience with various MEP systems.
6. Aware of various BIM standards.
7. High attention to details.
8. Able to meet tight deadlines and able to work alone or with a team.
9. Excellent organizational skills.
10. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
