Automation Engineer

Main responsibilities
- Designing, configuring, integrating, and implementing of process control solutions for Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals industries
- Preparing the system architecture and bill of materials accordingly, programming and commissioning of DCS/RTU/SCADA and SIS based on different communication protocols
- Review, Develop, and Prepare project documentation and drawings following standards, practices, and use of company engineering tools.
- Develop cabinet designs for various systems, including but not limited to DCS, SIS, Server / Networking and Marshalling
- Calculate Heat Dissipation and Power Consumption for various types of cabinet and consoles
- Conduct SAT & FAT of the control systems
- Evaluate tenders and inquiries.
- Prepare technical proposals in the tendering phase.
- Attend technical / sales meetings with clients.
- Provide the work order to start the fabrication process.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree of Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering.
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Oil & Gas Automation.
- Experience in Rockwell Automation Products hardware and software product (PLC/HMI/SCADA/FT View, FT Historian) is preferred.
- Experience with industrial communications networks, such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP.
- Proven technology skills in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and EPLAN.
- A high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and a desire to learn about new technologies.
- Fluent in English.
- Flexibility to travel inside or outside Egypt.
- Knowledge of the field instrumentation (sensors, transducers, drives related to Pressure, Flow, Temperature, Level etc)
