We're hiring Senior Financial Analyst for Abnaa Sinai For Construction by Organi Group

Job Responsibilities:

· Prepare feasibility studies for assigned projects.
· Track, monitor and analyze the monthly performance of the group investments.
· Prepare periodic reports for the new investments/ partnerships in addition to the existing ones.
· Dealing with banks for obtaining required debt for the projects. 
· Coordinating with the finance and legal teams for any required tasks.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree of Finance or Accounting with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the investment, feasibility studies and business valuation.
· Excellent in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
· Excellent in English (writing & speaking).
· Passed CFA Level 1 is preferred.
· Proficiency of Power BI is preferred.
