Costing Section Head

Employer: Tawakol Metal Industries

Job Location: Heliopolis, Cairo

Job Description:
· Ensure timely completion of month-end cost processes and provide analysis of costs against budget and latest forecast.
· Assist with technology strategy implementation by testing new systems and assessing the impact of technology changes on finance.
· Plan, study, and collect data to determine costs of business activities such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labor.
· Provide monthly summary analysis of headcount, materials cost, and manufacturing expenses.
· Analyze changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided to determine effects on cost.
· Prepare estimates of costs for unique products to establish prices of products and forecast production.
· Prepare procedures for establishing unit cost of services and products.
· Estimate new and proposed product costs.
· Identify management risks and provide an analytical management report.
· Support budgeting and monthly cost accounting analysis including new product cost calculation.
· Reconcile stock and coordinate stock takes and cycle counts.

Job Requirements:
· 10 years of professional experience in manufacturing entities
· CMA Certificate is a plus
· Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and ERP
· Knowledge of local statutory requirements, Planning methodology, Bills of materials, production, Free cash flow processes, KPIs and economic indicators
· Understanding of local accounting and taxation
