[] Job description
- Receiving and filtering of all inquiries sent on ECG-LTD email and distributing all tasks with the technical office team.
- Preparing technical (design) and commercial offers for all types of low voltage panels-Schneider components (Local-Universal Spacial-ATS-MCCS-Prisma).
- Commissioning & start up for L.V Panels (PLC, MCC's, Deep sea, ComAp… ect)
- Programming and trouble shooting of all PLC's.
- Issue of all P.O's regarding local suppliers.
- After sales support.
- Preparation for all material lists needed after receiving P.O from clients (B.O.M).
- Registration for all Schneider offers.
- Preparing Workshop Drawings (S.L.D-Panel Layout- Power circuits- Control circuits) for client approval.
- Preparing Manufacture Workshop Drawings (S.L.D- Panel Layout-Power circuits-Control circuits) for Production Area.
- P.A.O's follow-up.
- Attending meetings with sales representatives at client's HQ for technical discussions upon request.
- Attending all training required at Schneider-Electric Egypt.
- Quality assurance and control (routine tests).
- Site visit for commissioning and start up or trouble shooting.
- Always maintain a challenging spirit and a healthy environment at work as it is an EGC-LTD Moto.

- After Sales Service Support with Clients
- Work on Scope Triangle (Cost-Quality-Time)
