Team Leader Architecture Design Engineer 
⚫ BSc in Architecture Engineering with background in design
• At least (+8) years of experience in designing various projects (Mega project is preferable)is a must minum 3 years acting as a team leader.
• Mastering the use of design, presentation & drawing programs such as
Autodesk, Revit, Autocad, 3DS MAX, Lumion & Photoshop)
⚫ BIM knowledge and tools preferred.
Verry good in English language,speaking and writing.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good presenation & visualization skills
Job Description:
• Preparing & Evaluating design in terms of costs and safety.
• Achieve and review the client's technical and design requirements.
• Prepare and cordinate shopdrawings according to code specifications. • Prepare designs & drawings according to the different design codes.
• Coordinate design with other disciplines. Communicating with the technical and site office engineers to facilitate
implementation of design with high quality.
Ability to deal with clients as well as different authorities.
⚫ Having solid conceptual and design process skills and problem solving
ability.
• Ability to lead a group of junior engineers in many projects at the same time.
