Lehaa Company in Aswan, Egypt seeking Maintenance Manager
 1. Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel. 
2. Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance.
 3. Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working conditions.
 4. Compile operational and personnel records, such as time and production records, inventory data, repair and maintenance statistics, and test results. 
5. Examine objects, systems, or facilities, and analyze information to determine needed installations, services, or repairs.
 6. Conduct or arrange for worker training in safety, repair, and maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use. 
7. Coordination with the programs of crop production 
Job Qualifications: 
1. Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering 
2. Not less than 10 years of professional engineering maintenance experience and 5 years in the same position
