Job Description

Multi-Level Group is hiring a finance manager

Supervisory Responsibilities:

·        Manages the accounting staff who are responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation.
·        Recruits and hires accounting and financial staff and conducts performance evaluations.
·        Coordinates training programs for new staff and identifies training needs for current staff.
Duties/Responsibilities:
·        Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
·        Responsible for internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
·        Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.
·        Responsible for monthly closing/ yearly closing within the deadline.
·        Monitor cash flow.

providing and interpreting management with financial information.
·        liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers
·        Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
·        Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.
analyzing competitors and market trends.
·        Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

·        Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software.
·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Education and Experience:
·        Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business Administration required.
·        More than five (5+) years as a finance manager.
·        Preferred experience in the fintech or payment solution field.
·        Excellent English command.
·        Preferred professional certificate MBA, CMA, ACCA
