PICO Modern Agriculture is looking for Potential Caliber as “ Payroll Senior Specialist”

Job Responsibility:
-Responsible for collecting all the needed data for the monthly payroll including Overtime,incentives, Loans, if any.
-Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
-Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
-Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
-Ensure payroll records meets exact taxation and labor law compliance standards.
-Maintains employee confidence by keeping information confidential.
-Process and monitor all staffing changes including new hires, transfers, leavers, and other
amendments to salaries and employee data in compliance with policy and payroll requirements.
-Advise employees and managers on payroll issues as the first point of contact for inquiries.
-Make all final settlements to all leavers and separate their payments in the payroll sheet.
-Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns.
-Handling bank accounts opening for new hires

Job Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 5 to 6 years of related experience required in payroll functions.
-Previous background and experience in ERP modules and/or payroll software
-Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including -preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
-V.good organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office and related payroll software.
