Technical Office Manager -  Winners Developer

Winners Developer is announcing a vacancy for Technical Office Manager in Alexandria.

The main goal of the job is supervising subordinate departments (architectural department - construction department - technical office at the site), representing the company in contractors' contracts, participating in preparing field studies related to real estate investment, preparing plans and time programs for projects and supervising all activities and stages related to it.

Job duties and tasks:

Preparation of annual plans for the engineering department.
Preparing estimated budgets for each project and making the necessary analysis for approval.
Contribute to the preparation of feasibility studies for all works related to construction projects
Coordinating and communicating with contracting companies to obtain offers and tenders for the implementation of the company's projects.
Selecting and approving the offers of the companies executing the projects and comparing them according to the approved system in the company.
Review and audit all engineering plans for the company's projects.
Supervision and follow-up of all technical works, designs and engineering plans.
Preparing engineering plans and programs necessary to complete projects on time.
Approving the BoQ of the companies executing the works and ensuring that they are paid to them according to the agreements concluded with them.
Follow-up with engineers and technicians that all work is done in the field according to plans and according to schedules.
Participate in the interview and selection of engineering department staff.
Empowering the work team, delegating them, transferring and sharing experiences with them.
Submitting periodic reports as required by the work.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
10 to 15 years of experience in managing technical office in real estate investment and developing companies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Usage of engineering programs (AutoCAD - Primavera - MS project - and other related engineering programs)
Work Conditions:

May work under heat, cold, noise and dust
Repetitive physical movement is required
Go to different work realities for follow-up
Must be a resident of Alexandria.
