• BIC For Contracting and Construction is now hiring for the following position:-
Mechanical site Engineer.
Located: Egypt-Giza
JOB Description:-
1- Ensure availability of drawings and information.
2- Determine the materials needed and ensure their availability.
3- Ensure that works are performed at the required quality standards.
4- Follow up all mechanical processes ( HVAC + FIRE FIGHTING + PLUMBING ) .
5- Performe any other related duties as assigned.
6- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
7- Review, submittal and follow up of the projects shop drawings and material submittals.
8- Maintaining the project’s time schedule, and monthly look-ahead.
9- Preparing cost estimates and cash flow forecasts.
10- Ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
11- Preparation and follow up of Sub-Contractors Invoices.
12- Negotiating with sub-contracts to ensure the best contracts.
13- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
14- Preparing and submittals of project documents, which includes but not limited to:
15- Daily reports.
16- Material Inspection Requests (MIR)
17- Work inspection requests. (WIR)
18- Requests for information’s. (RFI)
19- Variation orders.
20- Planning and coordinating site work with other disciplines.
21- Managing and maintaining a good relation with project’s consultant, client and any other stakeholders.
Skills:
1-BSC mechanical Engineering.
2-Experiance 5-8 Years in construction field .
3- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and Auto Cad.
4- Good command of English Language.
