- Over 10 years in brokerage companies
- Giza, October, or Zayed resident is a must
- Male or female
Excellent communication and management skills
- Strong negotiation skills.
- High ability to achieve and exceed sales target
- Oriented and very Presentable.
Job Summary: -
Responsible and handling team leaders and sales.
Responsible for contracting with developers.
Responsible for closing deals and archiving required target.
set plans to increase sales performance and achieve company targets.
Prepare Sales Reports
Hire and train staff (team leaders and Sales).
Coordinating the marketing department to focus on special projects.
Create New Aides to increase Sales volume.
follow the operation process to get the company Target and update it.
Have An excellent experience in the real estate market and deep knowledge of Zayed area and projects.
