Job Description

Job title :- finance manager
Reporting to :- CFO
Location :- 6 Of October , Giza
Key Accountabilities


1-   Prepare analysis financial reports, forecasts, and statements
2-   Assess financing alternatives by considering risk, return, and market conditions
3-   Prepare cash flow forecasts and budgets
4-   Monitor the cash flow of the company to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet cash flow needs
5-   Prepare an analysis of financing needs for major capital equipment purchases, working capital, and other financing needs
6-   Prepare and monitor the company's credit facility
7-   Prepare periodic financial reports for the company
 
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Accounting certification (CPA, ACCA and CMA) is preferred.
2. 10+ years’ experience in a similar role.
3. In-depth understanding of IFRS standards.
4. Strong analytical skills.
5. Excellent use of Microsoft Office bundle (Word and Excel).
6. Good command of Arabic and English.
7. Good communication skills (written, verbal and listening).
8. Able to build partnerships and work well in teams.
9. Can identify, recommend, and implement solutions for problems. Capable of making timely decisions and anticipating consequences.
10. Detail oriented; works with a high level of accuracy with efficient performance.
11. Flexible in taking on new tasks.
