Job Descriptions

Develop customer satisfaction goals

Ability to solve customer problems

Collecting the company's debts owed by customers in general, especially dead and difficult-to-collect debts, by following the method of identifying the customer, notifying him by telephone and directly, setting up a program for him, and following all possible methods of collection and achieving the goal

Agencies keep accurate records and documentation of all customer service activities and discussions-Follow-up collections from customers and monthly and annual payment systems

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business

At least 3 years of proven customer service and collections officer experience - real estate

Excellent communication skills

Comprehensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point

Age: 30-35 - Gender: male only

Employment type:

Full-time - 6 days a week (10am) to (6pm) - one day off

Salary: According to the experience
