• BIC For Contracting and Construction is now hiring for the following position:-
Mechanical Technical office Engineer.
Located: Egypt-Giza

JOB Description:
1-prepare, submit and follow up the shop drawing, QS and as built drawing for ( HVAC + PLUMBING + FIRE FIGHTING ) .
1- Follow up the material submittal.
2- Prepare the subcontractors and clients invoices based on the progress report sent by site Engineer.
3- Prepare and follow up the Variation Orders
4- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, Specs, quality &safety plan, contract.).
5- Ensure receiving IFC drawing from consultant
6- Coordinate shop drawing for all disciplines then send for consultant approval
7- Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction and coordinate between disciplines.
8- Compare the Quantity of BOQ with the SD and proceed if any difference is found
9- Ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation and materials needed to carry out the works.
10- issue material requisition with the required materials specifications and quantity as per vendor lists and send to procurement dep
11- Make necessary engineering calculations to support product selection/recommendation ( HAP & ELITE FIRE FIGHTING ........ ) .

Skills:
1-BSC mechanical Engineering.
2-Experiance 5-8 Years.
3-proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook,Word and PowerPoint)
