Junior Graphic Designer:
Job Description:
·        Design marketing material for online and print campaigns.
·        Assist in managing and updating the company website as required.
·        Conduct data analysis into the success of campaigns.
·        Study design briefs and determine requirements.
·        Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
·        Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
·        Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand following our ECH corporate identity.
·        Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
·        Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand for ECH and our brands.
Requirements:
·        Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills.
·        Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements.
·        An open mindset and will seek out feedback to refine and develop their skills.
·        The ability to problem-solve.
·        Sound understanding of digital marketing platforms.
·        A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
·        Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
·        A keen eye for aesthetics and details
·        BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
