Accounts Payable (AP) Section Head:
· Leading and managing the AP team, assigning tasks, setting goals, and monitoring the performance of team members.
· Overseeing the processing of invoices, ensuring that all payments are made on time and accurately.
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, negotiating payment terms, resolving payment disputes, and addressing any vendor concerns.
· Ensuring that all AP processes performed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with financial regulations and company policies
· Generating regular reports that provide insight into the company's financial performance, as well as the AP team's performance.
· Developing and implementing AP procedures that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance accuracy.
· Monitoring cash flow and ensuring that the company has enough cash on hand to pay its bills.
· Providing training and guidance to team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
Qualifications :
· Bachelor's degree in accounting/ finance from a reputable university.
· 8 – 12 years of experience in accounting or finance, and a strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
. Fluent in both written and spoken English language.
