We are looking for an experienced Budgeting & Planning Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans, analyzing financial data, and preparing reports for senior management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
 Develop and maintain annual budgets and financial forecasts
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Prepare financial reports for senior management, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
 Provide financial analysis and support for business initiatives and projects
Evaluate financial performance against budget and forecast
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial data and alignment of financial goals
Assist in the development of long-term financial plans and strategic initiatives
Support the financial planning process by gathering and analyzing data
Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support decision-making
Provide financial guidance to business partners and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
 
Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Preferably CMA or FMVA holder
Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
