Accounting Manager - Flextock

• Lead the accounting team across EG and KSA.
• Performs activities involved in the maintenance and control of the general ledger.
• Reviews and initiates and posts journal entries; monitors posted financial data; prepares financial analyses and reconciliations; researches and reviews transactions; and advises departments on proper coding.
• Annual audit preparation, including supporting analyses and schedules. 
• Assists auditors by researching issues, creating reports, and responding to audit findings.
• Periodical internal management reports.
• Ensures that accurate accounting records are maintained for fixed assets to ensure accuracy of general ledger and audit compliance.
• Prepare different taxes Reports, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports.
• Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports.
• Assess and research difficult tax issues to identify solutions.
• Manage and maintain the company’s tax database.
• Keep track of industry trends and changes related to taxes.
• Assists in annual budget preparation and related projections
• Review internal controls for efficiency. Identifies and enforces internal controls related to accounting team.
• Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures.
• Ensure direct reports obtaining applicable training and development opportunities to enhance performance, development, and contributions to the company. 
• Holds direct reports accountable for individual and team performance. 
• Addresses performance issues appropriately and timely.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• 7-9 years of experience in the Finance and Accounting field.
• Previous experience in E-Commerce Field.
• Professional user of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting standards.
• Excellent knowledge of external audit requirement
• CMA & IFRS holder is preferable.
• Knowledge with Odoo ERP system is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent demonstrated interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Team management experience.
