SUD is currently looking for the following position:
Project Controls Team Leader
About the Position:
Lead, prepare, direct and oversee the construction planning and scheduling efforts, preparation of cost reports and estimate at completion (EAC) periodically for all ongoing projects.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Review new-awarded projects, identify initial cost related risks, areas of concern, and
prepare preliminary cash flow for financial needs.
2. Lead, direct and oversee the construction planning and scheduling efforts and recommend corrective actions when needed.
3. Follow-up the preparation of cost reports and estimate at completion (EAC) on a monthly basis for all ongoing projects and recommend necessary corrective actions.
4. Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to
enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.
5. Follow-up preparing the indirect cost plan and make any amendments when needed to be sent to the project manager
6. Monitor projects' progress; comparing actual executed works against planned, and issue work volume status reports on a monthly basis for Projects Directors and Top Management.
Job Requirements:
1. Academic qualification: - Bachelor of Engineering (civil or architecture)
2. Years of experience in the same field of work: 10 to 12 years of experience and preferable to have MBA, PMP, PRMG, IPMA or any equivalent certificates is a plus.
3. Having Planning and Cost Control background.
4. V.Good command and communications.
