IHCG, a reputable engineering consultancy office in Nasr City, Cairo is currently looking for a Project Manager with 10+ years of experience.

*General Qualifications:*
Successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:
- A university degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering, MS.c degree will be an added value;
- PMP or equivalent, must show proven of past experience;
- Highly motivated, able to work independently and in a team;
- Excellent time management, coordination, and hard worker;
- Very Good in English is a must.

*Specific Qualifications:*
- 10+ years of general experience in construction related works;
- 5+ years in the supervision of construction works of civil buildings as a Resident Engineer for the executions of civil works of various types, including renovation of buildings/workshops and new construction;
- 2+ years of management of contracts as Construction Manager;
- Experience and knowledge in construction and rehabilitation of technical/educational buildings and industrial facilities will be appreciated;
- Previous Experience and knowledge of works contracts financed by the World Bank, European Delegation will be an added value.
