Head Of Finance opportunity
Education requirements:
Ÿ  Bachelor’s degree in finance/ Financial Management
Ÿ  Preferably master’s degree
Ÿ  Professional Certification such as CPA/ CFA/ CMA is highly regarded.
Experience requirements:
·      Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in Financial Management in a highly dynamic industry.
·      3+ experience of leading a corporate finance function
·      Knowledge of investment portfolio strategy, banking, and financial instruments.
·      Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS and SEC reporting requirements for investments and other financial instruments.
