‏Job description:
• ‏Implementation of food safety procedures in production facilities
• ‏Follow up the production processes in the production facilities and cleanliness and verify their compliance with the standards of quality and food safety
• ‏Inspect the raw materials, ensure the quality of the materials used in manufacturing, and inspect the finished product and verify its compliance with quality standards
• ‏Follow up and implement forms and instructions for food safety, reporting, and documenting quality standards in products or services
• ‏Follow up on the complaints and make sure all of them are closed with corrective action
• ‏Inspection of refrigerators, freezers, and raw materials warehouse to ensure conformity of storage conditions
‏Job Requirements:
• ‏Bachelor of Science, Agriculture, veterinary (Food sciences is must)
• ‏from 1 to 2 years of experience preferred in the FMCG industry.
• ‏ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP.
• ‏Awareness of basic food safety
•
