ATA Architects International is Hiring:

" Senior BIM Architect "

For Cairo branch:

BIM Responsibilities:
Ø Excellent experience in Revit, BIM 360, and BIM workflows
Ø Prefer dynamo knowledge
Ø Able to perform all BIM Architect responsibilities
Ø Assist BIM Manager in preparing BIM Guidelines for project specific requirements
Ø Assist BIM Manager in training of project personnel in the use of BIM tools
Ø Assist BIM Manager with planning and forecasting, issue change orders, notices and
revisions.
Ø Assist BIM Manager to compile contract BIM close out documentation
Ø Create and Maintain BIM Models for Project Specific Requirements:
Develop schematic and detailed level models
Ø Identify conflicts, incomplete or ambiguous design information
Ø Coordinate with other discipline (structural & MEP)
Ø Create new library components
Ø Create clash report

Technical Responsibilities:
Ø Preferably working in the Gulf region
Ø Good knowledge with Saudi building code
Ø Good knowledge with life fire safety code
Ø Technical coordination
Ø Drawings review
