TAMEIR ready mix concrete company is seeking to hire for the following Positions:
Treasury Manager Group
About the job
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and managing cash projections and daily cash activity
Identify short-term investment opportunities to optimally use any surplus cash.
- Ensure on-time preparation and delivery to the management of accurate cash flow reports.
- Determine Medium/Long-term funding requirements for the business and prepare required action plans for their achievement, aligned with the company's business plan.
- Manage the efficient utilization of credit facilities and trade finance activities.
- Work with banks for identifying and implementing treasury solutions.
- Share in planning and following up on the treasury strategy & policy implementation.
- Ensure quality decisions are made in a timely manner based on analysis, experience, and judgment.
- Manage subordinate staff performance through appropriate performance planning, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Work on team performance improvement and developing their knowledge, skills, and capabilities by coaching motivating, and training.
Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar field Not less than 10 years of experience in the Treasury
Preferred to be a CTP holder.
- Very good command of the English language
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties.
- Ability to Analyse and solve complex problems to achieve the correct outcomes.
- Strong analytical, influencing, and problem-solving skills
