About the job :

You will be responsible for communicating closely with our Young talents to train them on Content creation and develop and enhance their content creation skills to achieve professionality.

In this role, you will cooperate with different sorts of content creators all over the Middle East region.

Responsibilities:

-Supports and provides superior service via phones-Whatsapp to our content creators.

-Resolving problems and complaints of content creators.

-Develop a strong and reliable relationship between the content creator and the agency.

-Responsible for keeping current Content Creators satisfied and -delivering exceptional service on a day-to-day basis.

-Create and track data on Google sheets and other task management tools.

Qualifications :

-Familiarity with Customer services techniques and skills.

-Familiarity with content creation

-Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced

environment

-Excellent communication skills.

Working days: 6 days ( 1 day off - flexible )

Salary package: Salary + commission

On-site ( EL Mohandessin )
