Job Description

Ecip is hiring:
( Planning Engineer )
Job Description:
- Studying all the project documents like BOQ, drawings, and contract, to define the project scope, constraints, and objectives.
- Brainstorming with the project stakeholders, for information gathering, to reach a realistic schedule.
- Coordinate with the project manager and different departments to ensure the execution Sequence is according to the project time schedule.
- Preparation and Submit of Project Baseline, Manpower and Cash flow.
- Preparation of Project Execution Plan Presentations for Consultant & Clients.
- Preparation of All Periodic Reports and Tracking Sheets.
- Analyzing, evaluating, and forecasting the current project status against the baseline schedule.
- Generating all periodic types of reports (Progress Reports, Delay Analysis, Look-Ahead, … Etc.).
- Preparation of Separate Procurement & Engineering Schedule.
- Performing progress presentations.
- Developing recovery schedules in case of project delay.
- Developing revised schedule in case of change orders.
- EOT analysis and justification reports.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in civil engineering ( Recommended Cairo / Ain Shams University ) .
- 5-7 Years of experience in planning field.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Very Good command of English.
- Excellent Time Management.
- Excellent Presentation Skills.
